We are seeking Facility Monitors to join Strathcona County at Glen Allan Recreation Complex and Ecole Pere Kenneth Kearns School. As a Facility Monitor you would be monitoring guests during recreational skates dry surface sport activities Gymnasium bookings and birthday parties.
The Facility Monitors primary role is to deliver an excellent customer experience in a pleasant positive and professional manner while ensuring a safe environment.
Shifts are scheduled for 7 days a week ranging from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:
Qualificationsand Skills:
High School Diploma
Current Standard First Aid and CPR-Level C certification is requiredprior to start date
A team player and a self-starter; ability to perform tasks as assigned but also recognize opportunities to contribute to the teams overall success
Ability to interact positively with guests co-workers and supervisors using strong listening and communication skills
Ability to visually monitor a large area with active participants
Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment troubleshoot challenges and creatively and positively problem solve

Good physical condition to perform active supervision and some manual labour
