Job Description
- 8 years of experience in driving the development of products with a strong focus on rapid application development platforms and related technologies
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of the FileMaker platform and its ecosystem
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus as is a technical background
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching complex software products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to articulate thoughts and express ideas through written and/or verbal communication to internal stakeholders partners and customers.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in leading design feature breakdown and projects/products from inception to shipped software
- Self-motivated proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to conceptualize and drive complex projects with competing priorities multiple stakeholders and quick timelines
- Strong experience with shipping software incrementally following agile practices with Scrum being preferred
