A growing main dealer in Crawley is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to earn an OTE of 50000 enjoy a guaranteed first three months commission benefit from full training provided and work in a supportive environment.

Candidates from both motor and non-motor backgrounds are encouraged to apply this role will be tailored to a trainee or experienced sales executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Selling new and used vehicles
Building strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Keeping up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Candidate Requirements:

Valid driving licence (maximum 6 points)
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated and target-driven mindset

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: 15000 per annum
On-Target Earnings (OTE): 50000 per year
Guaranteed Earnings: 180 per week for the first 3 months
Annual Leave: 24 days Bank Holidays
Working Hours: MondayFriday: 8:0017:30; Saturday: 8:0017:00; Sunday: 10:0016:00 (1 in 3 Sundays only)
