The Team You Will be Part of
At our global HQ located in Ballerup Denmark will join our Global Manufacturing team part of our Global Operations function reporting to Senior Director Sren Lillemose.
You will support us with our strategic execution initiatives and collaborate with the Strategic Manufacturing Program Lead and engage with local and global colleagues across various departments and locations.
You will become part of a student-friendly environment with flexibility for your studies and internal networking opportunities through our Student Network to socialize with other students throughout the GN Group - including social activities and student lunches.
Your contribution is appreciated and you will:
Support our Lean Community in implementing the GN Manufacturing System a global maturity model featuring 21 lean and manufacturing tools for consistent progress across all sites.
Assist in developing training materials and support on lean-related training sessions.
Maintain our SharePoint sites and implement advanced functionalities.
Support our SAFe implementation to enhance collaboration within Global Manufacturing and with R&D and IT.
Support the global Process Excellence function with process modelling (MPMN).
Contribute to the global rollout of the new ERP application (D365).
Collaborate with stakeholders to track initiatives and enhance standardization for improved efficiency.
To thrive in the role we imagine that you:
Currently enrolled in the 2nd semester of a masters program (e.g. Production and Management Engineering Supply Chain Management Business Intelligence or another relevant field of study).
Have an interest in Lean methodologies and advanced manufacturing practices.
Possess the ability to analyze complex data and are detail orientated.
Are proficient in and willingness to learn how to develop tools and systems that enhance operational efficiency and support continuous improvement.
Are capable of effectively communicating in English both in writing and conversationally.
Have a positive mindset and willingness to learn with the ability to work both on ones own and as part of a team in a global changing working environment.
