• Answer incoming phone calls using proper phone etiquette to take dining and special event reservations and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.
• Greet each club member and guest upon his or her arrival. Direct members and guests to the proper area when necessary.
• Escort vendors public officials and all other non-members or guests to the appropriate area.
• Assist the General Manager Membership Director and Communications Manager with mailings website updates/changes member files email blasts promotional & marketing materials as needed.
• General clerical and receptionist duties distribute incoming mail.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos letters and forms.
• Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Ensure work area coat closet lobby copy room and reception area is kept neat and clean.
• Must be outgoing and friendly and have a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
• May include cross-training in other functions or positions to ensure satisfactory operation of the department or work area.
