Our client a leading high-end security systems integrator is seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to join their expanding team in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader to make a significant impact within a growing organisation.
As the Service Desk Manager you will lead a team of four coordinators in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on role will involve booking engineers for callouts and PPMs for the client base ensuring KPIs are met and clients are fully supported. Your leadership and technical expertise will be instrumental in delivering exceptional service and driving the success of the service desk function.
Manage a team of four service desk coordinators providing guidance support and mentorship
Oversee the booking of engineers for callouts and PPMs ensuring efficient resource allocation
Monitor and report on KPIs taking proactive measures to meet and exceed targets
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met
Continuously improve service desk processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Proven experience in a service desk management role ideally within the security industry
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Proficient in using service desk management tools and systems
Hands-on approach and willingness to be fully involved in day-to-day operations
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
