Job Description:
The Manager Analytics will play a pivotal role in advancing a key clients measurement journey. You will build and manage recurring attribution and reporting processes supporting advanced modeling initiatives and ensuring analytics deliverables are clear actionable and tied to business outcomes.
You will report to SVP Marketing Effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Analytics Execution
Lead the development of monthly performance attribution ensuring consistency accuracy and business relevance.
Partner with senior leaders to connect attribution results with broader marketing mix insights and strategic priorities.
Build scalable dashboards and tools that translate raw data into actionable intelligence for client and internal teams.
Collaboration & Communication
Serve as a day-to-day analytics partner for client teams addressing questions clarifying insights and supporting in-flight decision-making.
Collaborate with media and strategy teams to embed measurement into planning activation and optimization.
Create client-ready presentations and visualizations that simplify technical outputs into strategic recommendations.
Team Support
Mentor junior analytics staff providing guidance in methodology data visualization and client communication.
Uphold high standards of data quality documentation and delivery excellence across analytics projects.
Qualifications:
4 years of experience in marketing/media analytics with a focus on attribution reporting or forecasting.
Bachelors degree in Statistics Economics or related quantitative field required.
Proficiency in SQL and at least one statistical/programming language (Python or R preferred).
Experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau PowerBI or Looker Studio.
Strong understanding of media KPIs and digital measurement best practices.
Excellent communicator comfortable presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
