Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager this role is an integral part of the Compliance Team within AJWsoperations. The Inventory Compliance Executive is responsible for the management andcompliance of the inventory data to ensure accuracy consistency and completeness within Quantum.

What youll be doing

• To make sure that the stock we deal in is compliant and to the most cost-effective modification standard and to ensure that we have the right part in the right place.

• Maintain part number data integrity: part number formats classification of part type tax category application condition codes alternates etc.

• Monitor cyclic audits and physical inventory counts and rectify accordingly e.g. variance reconciliation and assisting with external auditors and subsequent findings.

• Understand financial controls relating to stock management and able to guide the business on efficient methods relating to the financial control of stock assets and operational information about customer performance.

• Ensure quality requirements are in line with regulations and procedures including shelf life and scraping.

• Undertake multiple projects relating to Inventory optimization and accuracy.

About you

• Ability to analyse data identify root causes of discrepancies and develop effective solutions.

• Process awareness and attention to quality

• Strong focus on accuracy in data entry record keeping and audit procedures.

• Understands basic inventory principles and data structures including part classifications and condition codes.

• Good communication and escalation skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks manage deadlines and maintain an organized work environment

• Experience with inventory management software and tools for tracking and reporting - Desirable

• Willingness to learn and apply new procedures
