Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator has the following responsibilities:
Monitors and manages inbound deliveries from suppliers and factory to Distribution Centers (DCs).
Monitors and reports automated SAP processes and interfaces takes corrective actions when necessary.
Processes 3x (delivery callout) forms to FL when material ready for delivery from DCs.
Processes outbound deliveries to DCs.
Sends picking requests to DCs.
Acts as main contact for FL personnel in delivery related actions.
Follows up network milestones such as 3a 3b and 3x
Collects information to support freight unit cost calculation
Communicates daily with DCs and FL
