Job Description

Position Title: Dept Of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Housing Counseling Program Expert
Location: Alexandria VA
Security Clearance Level: Public Trust
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include the following:
- Provide oversight and administration of the Housing Counselor Training program
- Serve as subject matter expert for the program
- Serve as approving authority for the use of administration website format interface or style
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Must be a qualified HUD housing counselor
- Knowledge of HUD industry practices
- Expertise in HUD Certified Housing Counselor and Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) counseling
- Knowledge and experience providing quality customer service to Government employees military personnel contractors and/or visitors
