Job Description
8 years of experience (preferably in networking or related field).
Proven ability to manage complex technical projects end-to-end.
Experience managing cross-functional programs.
Skilled in optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Proficiency in project management tools & methods (Agile Scrum Jira).
Strong verbal & written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to clearly present technical information to various audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Network Architecture & Design Knowledge of topologies protocols design principles.
2. Cloud Networking Familiarity with AWS Azure Google Cloud networking.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization Hands-on with monitoring tools/techniques.
4. Network Operations/Incident Management Experience handling incidents & operations.
Responsibilities
Define project scope goals deliverables with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans & schedules.
Communicate project status risks issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external partners.
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members.
Ensure network solutions meet quality standards & comply with best practices.
Identify opportunities for process improvements & implement best practices.
