Full Stack Software Engineer (Java) Enterprise Platforms
As a software engineer within the Business Collaboration group we look for people who are passionate about solving business problems through innovation & engineering practices. You will be required to apply your depth of knowledge and expertise to all aspects of the software development lifecycle as well as partner continuously with your many stakeholders on a daily basis to stay focused on common goals. Youll work in a collaborative trusting thought-provoking environmentone that encourages diversity of thought and creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers globally. You will be responsible for development of key regulatory controls in Voice recording assurance space and be part of a journey to develop next generation of Voice Analytics (Speech to Text) Platform and Search Engine development. You will be part of a feature team delivering against an agreed product roadmap through agile work practices
We want developers that:

- Can collaborate onfull development life cycle of analysis design implementation testing and deployment of our platform
- From a technology perspective we are looking for experienced technologists that:
Practical cloud native experience
Advanced in one or more programming language(s)
Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD Application Resiliency and Security
Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g. cloud artificial intelligence machine learning mobile etc.)
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
