Job Summary

As a Technical Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the organization coordination execution and timely delivery of one or more Applications / Software products.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Working with Sr. IT Leadership to execute against the key strategic initiatives of IT and the overall UWM company
  • Plan the overall project high level work breakdown and monitor execution progress
  • Manage risks / issues and lead teams to take corrective measures
  • Facilitating communication among a project / product cross-functional teams
  • Aligning deliverables to the programs outcome
  • Coordinating multiple workstreams and reconciling the dependencies among them
  • Managing stakeholder communication
  • Contributing thought leadership and leveraging best practices for execution efficiency and organizational agility to foster innovation across technology teams

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Complex software design and development experience
  • Extensive experience in software development delivery
  • Exposure to infrastructure technology
  • Demonstrated project / program / agile at scale leadership experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create a wide variety of materials in a timely manner
  • Curiosity with a drive to learn more about new concepts ideas and technologies
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to lead work from inception through execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to take initiative while juggling several priorities
  • Ability to both work independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude a yes mentality and the ability to connect and build relationships quickly
