Accounts Payable Specialist
Medina OH
Riley Hotel Group is currently seeking a motivated and experienced full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Medina Ohio! Our AP Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

The right candidate will have:
- Proven experience in an accounts payable role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience with M3 and Inn Flow accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Our Accounts Payable Clerk will:
- Accurately key and process accounts payable invoices.
- Issue weekly check runs and manage online bill payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors to answer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records.
- Perform general office tasks including filing scanning and data entry.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures as needed.
