About the job/Job Description
- Develop and grow distribution partners: Build strong partnerships align on targets and support with training technical expertise and joint customer visits.
- Create demand with end-users: Engage key accounts to influence specifications and generate pull-through opportunities.
- Convert opportunities into orders: Nurture leads prepare value-based proposals and follow up to close deals.
- Be active in the market: Conduct customer visits run webinars/seminars and represent Alfa Laval at industry events.
- Support and enable partners: Provide technical support assist with quotes and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Promote sustainability and innovation: Drive optimization audits and new product launches through channels and directly with strategic customers.
- Plan for success: Develop sales plans based on market insights and customer behavior aligned with divisional strategy.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar).
- 510 years in hygienic fluid handling (pumps/valve/ mixing/tank cleaning) heat transfer or related process equipment.
- Proven experience working withdistribution or integrator partnersor indirect sales models.
- Strong relationship-building communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities influence stakeholders and deliver results.
- Comfortable in using CRM and digital tools to manage pipeline and drive decisions.
