As a Food Services Attendant you will play an important role in supporting guest wellbeing by providing warm professional and personalized food service experiencesbringing the heart of hospitality into a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with patient menu selections in collaboration with Amplar Health clinical staff and Pullman Adelaides culinary team ensuring dietary needs and medical restrictions are met.
- Deliver meals to designated floors with warmth professionalism and genuine care.
- Prepare trays and service items in coordination with the stewarding team ensuring timely and organized delivery to rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all food service areas following strict infection control protocols and food safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with TCS and dietary staff regarding guest needs or concerns and relay accurate information to the culinary team for seamless service.
- Monitor supplies and equipment dedicated to TCS reporting any issues promptly to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold Pullman Service Standardsevery interaction every detail every day.

You are a caring and service-focused individual who enjoys creating positive experiences where hospitality meets healthcare. With a calm and approachable manner you bring warmth to every interactionwhether delivering meals or assisting guests during their stay. You understand that attention to detail matters and take pride in helping create a safe welcoming and supportive environment for those in transition care.
Skills and Attributes
- A genuine people-focused attitude with a desire to help others
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both hospitality and healthcare teams
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and maintain attention to detail in meal preparation and delivery
- Composure and reliability in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or healthcare (preferred but not essential)
- A team player with a collaborative spirit
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Hold (or be eligible to obtain) a South Australian Working with Vulnerable People Check and National Police Clearance
- Working rights in Australia
