Full-Time Educator Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale
Location: Wyndham Vale VIC
Licensed Capacity: 124 places
Hourly Rate: $28.28 $34.83 (WT 2.1 3.4)
About the Role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Full-Time Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale. As an Educator you will play a vital role in supporting childrens development and wellbeing through play-based learning in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the planning implementation and evaluation of educational programs
Supporting childrens individual learning needs and interests
Building strong respectful relationships with children families and team members
Creating safe inclusive and engaging learning environments indoors and outdoors
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees standards
What Youll Need
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
Current First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications
Knowledge of EYLF and NQF requirements
Strong teamwork communication and organisational skills
A passion for supporting childrens learning journeys
