What Youll Do
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of home care services for our clients
Build strong relationships with clients caregivers and nurses
Provide outstanding customer service and creative problem-solving every day
What Were Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with computer systems (tech savvy is a must!)
Experience in home care scheduling (preferred but not required)
Knowledge of medical terminology (a plus)

Qualifications
High school diploma (some college preferred)
1 year scheduling CNAs/HHAs/RNs in a home care setting (preferred)
Work Location: In-person WestPalm Beach office
