About the Role:
Based in East Tamaki this full-time position offers the opportunity to work across South Auckland within a supportive multidisciplinary team. You will use evidence-based approaches such as CBT PCIT attachment or family therapy to support children with moderate to severe mental health needs.

We collaborate closely with families non-government organisations schools and primary care providers to deliver integrated community-based care. Clinical supervision and professional development are provided.

Remuneration is aligned with the APEX Psychologist MECA.

Essential:

  • Eligible to register or registered in the Clinical or general scope with the NZ Psychology Board
  • Current Annual Practising Certificate with the NZPB or eligibility to obtain
  • A full drivers licence with no limitations
  • Commitment or willingness to learn about Tiriti o Waitangi
  • Experience working with children with clinical presentations.
  • Affiliation with evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT PCIT attachment therapy or family therapy.
