Job Description
Were looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our Gas Programs team and help shape the future of natural gas this role youll be at the forefront of designing and supporting natural gas distribution and transmission projects that serve communities across the Midwest. Youll work closely with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas into realitydeveloping facility layouts designing measurement and regulation systems and ensuring every project meets rigorous industry standards and safety requirements. Your technical expertise will be key in guiding project planning and execution and youll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of energy initiatives that make a real difference.
*This hybrid role includes occasional travel throughout Cincinnati OH for site visits and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in civil mechanical or petroleum engineering
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in natural gas utilities
- Valid drivers license for project site visits
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in pipeline and/or facility design
- Familiarity with measurement and regulation systems
- Registration as an EIT (Engineer-In-Training) or Professional Engineer
