Job Description:
Responsibilities - your mission
Your role is to act as a backbone in collaboration with the security audit team to support compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements of information systems physical sites and products both within Airbus its divisions subsidiaries and suppliers.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Centralize results of validated audit reports from the auditor team.
Ensure that data alignment for Security Audit Data between Security Audit Corporate Audit and Quality database is up to date and coherent.
Manage the follow-up on audit findings including drum beating of auditees assessment of remediation activities and action plans.
Trigger and follow up on escalation processes.
Provide reports on regular basis (monthly quarterly annually) and on demand
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
You are ideally educated to a degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering Information Technology Business Administration or a related discipline and may at least have a first professional experience already
You have good knowledge and understanding of Information Technology (any practical experience would be an asset) and you have the ability to understand non-conformances to assess reporting on action plans by auditees.
A previous experience working in an international environment or teams would be an asset.
You have effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
Being at ease in English is a must and your knowledge of other languages is much appreciated.
