Location: Whitehall PA
Pay: $19$20/hour Benefits (Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance PTO) Scholarships (up to $750 per semester) Early access to earned wages Monthly appreciation events
Requirement: U.S. High School Diploma or GED
Are you ready to lead with purpose As a PCA Team Leader youll guide a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional care to our residents. This onsite role offers the chance to grow your leadership skills while making a meaningful impact every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support PCA staff
- Coordinate schedules and conduct training
- Monitor care quality and resolve concerns
- Collaborate with other departments for seamless resident care
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with healthcare software preferred
- Ability to stay calm and adaptable under pressure
- Completion of Fellowship Orientation and pre-hire assessment
