POSITION SUMMARY

As an F&B Service Attendant you are not just part of the service team you are a Guest Experience Expert creating moments that linger long after the last sip or bite.

Your Role

You will take initiative to deliver a seamless and elevated dining experience whether by:

  • Setting and maintaining elegant table arrangements.
  • Communicating effectively with the culinary team.
  • Engaging warmly with guests and anticipating their needs.
  • Serving food and beverages with grace and precision.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and readiness of work areas and supplies.

Every interaction should feel like part of the experience thoughtful refined and tailored to each guest.

This role is physically active and requires:

  • Standing walking or sitting for extended periods.
  • Navigating sloped uneven or slippery surfaces.
  • Reading and verifying menu details.
  • Lifting carrying pushing or pulling items up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
  • Reaching overhead and below the knees bending twisting and stooping.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
