Job Description
This role will support data & developing automation solutions for the team. Key responsibilities include:Design build and maintain reports dashboards and automation solutions to provide clear insights on key cost drivers and support business of key reference data for the team. This will involve identifying the data needs to the team as well as resolving any of the end-to-end solution delivery including: gathering business requirements crafting & building solutions and managing testing training and rollout. Partner with IS&T and Business Process Reengineering teams on delivery of complex to ad-hoc requests for help such as approving and provisioning access to reporting solutions investigating data discrepancies recommending appropriate tools for a given data need locally with other members of the EMEIA Operations Finance teams to develop reporting solutions for the team as well as providing training in their cross-regionally with peers and seniors finance managers in AMR/APAC regions to develop and implement WW initiatives
- 3 years of Tableau development experience.
- 3 years of SQL experience.
- 3 years of using Python (or other scripting languages) for automation & data transformation.
- Experience managing data pipelines (e.g. extract-transform-load processes).
- Experience with reference data maintenance e.g. hierarchy or mapping updates.
- Experience in data and statistical analysis to identify trends patterns and insights. Experience working with analytics and BI platforms (e.g. Tableau GBI) and data science platforms (e.g. Dataiku).
- Excellent planning and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and outstanding business judgement to respond swiftly to changing business needs
- Highly analytical with ability to offer solutions-based recommendations.
- Innovative teammate with forward-thinking approach that strives for operational improvements.
- Competence in project management e.g. ability to accurately estimate project delivery timelines and manage expectations of customers.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Accomplished presentation skills being able to tell your story in a structured way.
- Ability to work both independently and with our team in a fast-paced work environment.
- A self-starter who loves navigating an ambiguous environment and can use incomplete data to generate insightful analysis.
