Develop and execute test plans for diagnostic and ECU flash programming applications.
Validate software for vehicle communication systems and TECH 2 core releases.
Document issues and resolutions using MS TFS/Azure DevOps.
Perform electrical/mechanical testing and light vehicle disassembly as needed.
Design and automate test systems using LabVIEW and other tools.
Analyze test data report findings and recommend design revisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and attend development meetings.
Maintain safety housekeeping and lab standards
Required Skills & Experience:
Basic proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently or in teams.
Familiarity with automotive systems and diagnostic tools (e.g. TECH 2 VLT CAT).
Understanding of serial data protocols (CAN GMLAN UART etc.).
Experience in LabVIEW programming and reading electrical schematics.
3 years in automotive electrical/mechanical testing preferred.
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree or bachelors degree equivalent training preferred.
ASE certification preferred.
0-2 years of experience for entry-level roles.
