As a Senior Account Manager you will take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise franchise accounts driving engagement retention and growth. Youll work cross-functionally to execute strategic plans guide clients through complex deployments and uncover expansion opportunities.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Lead the execution of customer success plans and partnership playbooks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and regional hubs
- Run regular QBRs business reviews and executive updates
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with support from commercial leads
- Collaborate with Product and Solutions to integrate new releases
- Track KPIs and report back to clients and internal stakeholders
- Drive best practices across onboarding rollout and optimization phases
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal process improvement
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
- 46 years experience in enterprise-level account management and/or commercial sales with a proven track record of success managing global franchise-level accounts within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in hotel tech in either a farming or hunting role with a deep understanding of hotel operations and SaaS ways of working. Brings strong industry knowledge and the ability to align hospitality tech solutions with the operational realities of hotels.
- Exceptional communication negotiation influencing and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and build trust with senior leadership and key decision-makers internally and externally.
- Proven track record of managing large clients and driving results.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and customer programs.
- Comfort with data interpretation and storytelling.
