As a member of the Customer Support Laboratory Team your typical day looks like this: You come to the office in the morning and a vet is calling you. Based on preliminary test results theyhave toplan a surgery for Molly the cat but first they need additional tests sent to one of our laboratories. Youre helping the vet with these additional tests answering questions about what samples they need to send and what the turnaround time of the testing will be.
Our support professionals develop deep and meaningful relationships with our customers offering solutions to meet their unique needs. Every interaction with a customer allows us to demonstrate the power of diagnostics that helps veterinary practices and the pets under their care thrive.
