About the Role:
Were seeking an HRIS & Analytics Manager to lead the way in optimizing our HR systems and delivering data-driven insights. This role will oversee the implementation operations and ongoing optimization of our HRIS platforms (primarily UKG Pro) while building robust analytics capabilities to inform strategic decisions across Aspire. Partnering with People & Culture colleagues IT and external vendors youll play a key role in aligning HR technology processes and insights with Aspires mission.
What Youll Do:
Lead the management optimization and integration of UKG Pro and related HR systems.
Develop dashboards KPIs and predictive analytics to guide workforce planning retention and DEI initiatives.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to drive efficiency.
Partner with IT HR and vendors to troubleshoot and maintain data integrity.
Deliver actionable insights through analysis forecasting and benchmarking.
Support leaders with accurate reporting and workforce metrics including turnover engagement and compensation.
Develop user guides training and documentation for HRIS and analytics tools.
Stay current on HR technology and analytics trends to advance Aspires capabilities.
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Business HR Data Analytics or related field preferred.
5 years of HRIS and HR systems experience (UKG Pro preferred) with 3 years managing system implementations/enhancements.
Strong background in HR analytics reporting and data visualization.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
Experience handling sensitive employee and organizational data with confidentiality.
Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across teams.
Experience in compensation analysis preferred.
Valid drivers license and satisfactory background checks required.
Systems Youll Support:
This role partners with and supports systems including UKG MITC Greenhouse Checkr bSwift BI Collaborative Cognos and Compensation Analyst tools. Experience with these systems preferred but not required.
Working Conditions:
Professional office environment with flexibility for occasional remote work.
Occasional travel for team collaboration and training.
Some evening or weekend work as needed to meet key deadlines.
