Job Description
How you will achieve success in this role:
- Coach & Develop Teams Train coach and provide feedback to ensure high-quality work balanced workloads and consistent SLA performance.
- Drive Operational Excellence Model urgency and ownership while managing task assignments performance and capacity planning.
- Lead Stakeholder Alignment Build strong relationships report on performance trends escalate risks and translate strategy into clear execution plans.
- Optimize Processes Lead continuous improvement across workflows ensure cross-functional alignment and scale processes for future growth.
- Own Reporting & Insights Analyze metrics deliver performance insights and recommend next steps to leadership and stakeholders.
