To assist the Marketing head to execute the Marketing strategy to achieve the sales Target and maximize the sales realization in all regions along with taking care of export related functionsCo-coordinating and provide necessary support to ROs and agent in achieving their sales Target.

Job Context:
The Noble Ferro Alloys Division established in 1980 is Indias largest producers of noble Ferro alloys. Its plant located at Vapi a major industrial hub in Gujarat is ISO 9001 ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 certified. Current plant capacities include 1200 TPA of Ferro Molybdenum 600 TPA of Ferro Vanadium and 1200 TPA of Ferro Titanium. Major products of the division include Ferro Molybdenum Ferro Vanadium and Ferro Titanium.
Noble Ferro Alloys go into the manufacture of alloy steels high-speed steels and other special grade steels. It infuses anti- abrasive and anti-corrosive properties to steel. Additionally it finds applications in the manufacture of castings and electrodes and as a catalyst in the Fertilizer Industry.
Having been driven by international market Pricing fluctuates and shows high volatility thereby posing a different trend in competition and the resultant challenges.
Job Challenges:
1 To support all Regional offices with timely dispatches and other activities.
2 Timely collection of payment & statutory Forms.
3 To attend all tenders & Reverse Auction as and when required.
4 Review of price of trend & inform same to DH/UH for decision making
5 To Preparation & compilation of MIS reports for decision marketing.
6 To attend & reply export related

KRA1 | 1. Sales Management | Identify new customers / revival of old customer through internet / magazine and visit customers for getting business for Ferro Alloys. To ensure attending all Tenders & Reverse Auctions as and when required. Developing monthly sales plan and execute of the same Ensuring timely dispatches of the customers orders to regional customers and direct customer. Maintaining customer profile of all customers as a part of CMO. Monitoring & maintaining stocks in depot. Publishing of the Price circular on a daily basis |
KRA2 | 2. Co-ordination | CMO Coordination Co-ordination with key V2O5 customer of all India and to and support ROs for getting business for Ferro Alloys. Monitor stocks at depots and maintain the minimum stocks as per plan- to be measured by % time stocks min. stock is maintained at STOs Co-ordination with Regional offices and agents for continuous sales & timely payment collection. Work in alignment with concerned at Regional offices and giving support to them. Coordinate with inter department like Logistics / Production / Accounts / QA / IT department for various issues related to them. Coordinate with the sales and plant teams to create the production plan and share with all concerned by end of the previous month To ensure regular update of various SAP reports If any Corrections & implementation in SAP system. Completion of planned development in SAP as per timelines To provide SAP system related support to all team member as and when require. |
KRA3 | 3. Customer Service | To attend customer queries as and when required. Sending quotation to V2O5 customers & follow-up for final status. Material to be delivered as per customers requirements. To provide dispatch information to the customers / Regional offices after dispatch of the material. Monitoring and maintaining dispatches to depot and customers of ROs from CMO. To submit vendor registration form to customers as and when requirement by them. . |
