The Social Media & Influence Executive will be integrated in the Marketing Team in the Dyson French market. The key purpose of the role is to manage and develop our presence on Social Media for all our categories (Homecare Beauty and Audio) via managing our social media accounts and our Influence strategy working in full collaboration with Dyson Media team Marketing (Category) team Influence agency and Media agency.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the Social Media strategy of Dyson in France in collaboration with internal teams
Lead the Influence strategy of Dyson in France in collaboration with internal teams and Dyson Influence Agency : creation of an annual plan to meet our objectives (EMV conversion views etc.) management of NPD launches through strategic campaigns engagement of our Beauty Squad influencers
Own Dyson Social Media channels create an activation calendar and be the relay of all our activations.
Manage the creation of UGC assets to optimize media performance
Follow closely the Paid/Owned/Earned strategy with the Media team
Monthly reports to EMEA and ad-hoc reports on all key markets activations
- Masters Degree in Marketing or Communications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- An experience in the Beauty Fashion or FMCG industry is mandatory
- Completely fluent in French and English
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Key interests in Beauty and technology
