Job Summary
Ultradent the global name in oral health is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic. Hours are 4:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday Through Thursday and on call every 3 weekends.
General Responsibilities
- Planned preventative maintenance activities
- Provide technical assistance to Engineering and production teams.
- Accurately and safely repair and troubleshoot production machinery.
- Assists in technical aspects of changeovers
- Assists with other manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair as needed.
- Complete documentation as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills and technical problem solving
- Ability to read electrical pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
- Good working knowledge of machine controls sensors and actuators
- Methodical problem-solving approach
- Basic understanding of industrial electrical power hydraulic and compressed air systems
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
