Job Summary
- Maintain and repair all plant equipment.
- Altering or building equipment to increase production and improve quality.
- Install/Prepare new or additional equipment.
- Preventative maintenance.
- Maintain and repair building and grounds.
- May include other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
- This Position requires:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) with one to two years of working experience or similar combination of education training and work experience.
- Must be able to learn through practical on-the-job training and schooling; working toward an A mechanic classification.
- Describe to what extent the position requires a knowledge of company policies procedures organization and industry practices.
Understand and follow all policies and procedures of the facility. Must follow well-established industry standards and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Describe the nature extent and purpose of contacts with internal and external customers necessary to carry out the responsibility of this position. Communications skills should be described both oral and written.
Must have the ability to communicate with supervision vendors and those who operate the equipment and understand the situation and terminology. Written verbal and basic PC skills are necessary for filling out paper work inputting data for time reporting researching vendors and parts ordering.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is
$18.00 - $24.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but
not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift
and addition to base salary depending on the role the total
compensation package may also include overtime shift differential call-in
and stand-by pay. RRD offers benefits including medical dental and vision
