Our client is a rapidly growing and diversified company is expanding their export division in Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Operation Executive to join their team
Location : Boralesgamuwa
About the Role
As a Business Operation Executive youll be the backbone of our clients Sri Lankan operations ensuring smooth and efficient processes. Youll be involved in everything from export procedures to food compliance and packaging.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day business operations in Sri Lanka.
- Ensure adherence to export procedures and regulations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate packaging and logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers partners and internal teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.
What Were Looking For
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations preferably within the food export industry.
- Candidates must hold a degree or diploma from a recognized university.
- A background in food science business administration or a related field is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of export procedures and food-related compliance.
- Knowledge of packaging processes and materials.
- A fast learner with a proactive attitude.
