ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client one of the fastest-growing companies in the telecommunications and technology sector is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized professional to join their team as a AI Software Engineer.
Location: Athens - Northern suburbs - Metamorfosi
Working Model: ybrid work model (3 days office2 days home)
You will be reporting to: Head of Engineer
What you will do:
As an AI Engineer you will be part of a team building cutting-edge conversational AI solutions. You will develop and integrate Large Language Models create and optimize chatbots and voice bots design scalable APIs and middleware and contribute to the full ML model lifecycle from training to deployment. Working closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment youll ensure high-quality maintainable code while enhancing user experiences through AI-driven products.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensuring maintainable high-quality code and following best practices
- Contributing to system design and architecture discussions
- Optimizing AI solutions for real-world performance and user experience
- Supporting testing debugging and deployment of AI-driven applications
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Knowledge of Conversational AI / NLP platforms (e.g. Rasa Dialogflow)
- Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript ()
- Understanding of the ML model lifecycle
- Experience in API development and Git-based workflows
- Strong problem-solving communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language
Will be highly appreciated:
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI)
- Experience with AWS and AWS CDK
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g. Jest Mocha)
- Awareness of cloud security best practices (IAM secrets management)
- Exposure to monitoring & observability tools (CloudWatch Datadog)
- Understanding of cloud-native architecture principle
