This role involves optimizing recruitment processes and standards and ensuring they are diligently complied with acting as the main liaison between the talent acquisition teams and the regional clients and stakeholders. The person will also become the focal point for recruiting projects coordinate recruiting events and fostering relationships with universities and external vendors across all areas to ensure effective and streamlined hiring practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and develop the Analyst recruiting team based in Argentina.
  • Work closely with other local and foreign Recruiting Vice Presidents collaborating in order to promote a regional identity and sense of belonging fostering best practices.
  • Lead workstreams from inception to completion ensuring efficient processes and alignment with organizational goals partnering with the workstreams within the clients teams.
  • Act as focal point for the different recruiting projects within all segments represented in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities external vendors chambers NGOs and other institutions across different recruiting teams countries and levels.
  • Create and improve recruiting metrics and coordinate their periodic delivery to clients along with identifying areas for process improvement and implementing automation solutions where applicable using ORC and software tools along with AI and dashboards ensuring their alignment with global standards and presentations.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in people management process engineering &improvement and client relationship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret metrics for process improvement.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors while dealing with event programming.
