Job Summary
As an Engineering Lead at GM2 youll be a manager of a highly skilled engineering team building amazing digital products for our clients and youll help them achieve their personal and professional goals. Youll also drive the team and our clients to use cutting-edge techniques and processes for software delivery and use your technical prowess to shape the solutions we create. Were seeking a hands-on technical leader who can effectively guide a team while maintaining active involvement in development. The ideal candidate will drive technical decisions and architecture while contributing directly to coding efforts when needed.

Requirements
- Have professional engineering experience at least 5 years building digital products and at least 1 years leading a team;
- Have professional engineering experience with backend frameworks such and Node.
- Have professional engineering experience with frontend frameworks such as React Angular and VueJS.
- Have professional broad experience with DevOps.
- Have managed a team of software engineers building digital products and been responsible for growing the people on the team through goal-setting coaching and feedback;
- Have familiarity with agile techniques for managing work pairing mobbing and shift-left testing;
- Have owned the delivery of a complete digital product with code that is durable secure scalable and thoroughly tested;
- Can simplify and communicate about complex problems around technology business processes user experience and development tasks;
- Fluent English - including written verbal and presentation
Bonus Points
- Professional experience as a Project or Product Manager and Scrum Master from a major technology consultancy or agency
- Youve guided a client to further their use of modern engineering practices or agile software delivery processes
- Certifications such as CSM CSPO PMP SA SPC etc.
