Supervisory Responsibilities:- May include direct supervision of a small team responsible for data entry collection and reporting.
Duties/Responsibilities:- Project Management: Lead and coordinate internal and external logistics initiatives. Manage timelines stakeholders and execution across departments.
- Business Analytics & BI: Develop and own reporting tools and dashboards. Deliver actionable insights to guide operational decisions and performance tracking.
- Process Optimization: Audit workflows develop SOPs and ensure consistent field-level execution and buy-in.
- Pricing & Financial Support: Support operations with rate tools and pricing models. Collaborate with finance to align cost strategies.
- Field Engagement & Training: Travel to operational sites to train teams implement new processes and ensure buy-in and compliance.
- Outbound Freight Management: Provide oversight and support for outbound freight programs. Ensure alignment with service expectations and financial goals.
Required Skills/Abilities:Education and Experience:- Bachelors degree or equivalent in work experience.
- At least three years of experience in related areas preferred
Physical Requirements:- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Comfortable working in both office settings and field environments including exposure to varying temperatures noise levels and warehouse conditions.
- Ability to travel (2540%) including visits to warehouses stores and operational sites. May involve walking long distances standing for extended periods and navigating industrial environments.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
