JOB SUMMARY

W Sydney is currently casting for a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our hustling and bustling Living Room (Lobby Bar). This role plays a integral part in the daily supervision of the Living Room Bar and the team and to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction. Some responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Take responsibility of the day to day operation of the Living Room Bar
• Communicate effectively between different departments to ensure smooth and seamless service
• Ensures compliance with all hotel policies standards and procedures
• Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws
• Strives to improve service performance and sets a positive example for guest relations
• Supports Talent on the floor during high demand times
• Complete opening and closing duties including set up and cleaning of equipment
• Create a positive environment for Talents so they can thrive at work
• Provides feedback to Talent based on observation of service behaviors

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Availability to work weekends rotating shifts and public holidays when needed
• Current and valid RSA
• Knowledge of beverages and different cocktails spirts wines etc
• Focus on service culture for the guests
• Full working rights in Australia
