Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational oversight of the Centers Anti-Violence Programs including counseling case management housing support advocacy and educational initiatives serving survivors of intimate partner violence dating violence sexual assault human trafficking and hate crimes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on issues related to intimate partner violence sexual assault human trafficking and hate-motivated violence offering guidance internally and in external partnerships coalitions and public engagements.
- Manage and ensure compliance with multiple funding streams that support Anti-Violence Programs including oversight of grant deliverables budgets and program outcomes.
- Deliver direct servicesincluding trauma-informed counseling case management and advocacyto survivors engaged in Anti-Violence Programming.
- Oversee and conduct outreach education and community engagement efforts to increase awareness of the Centers services and foster collaborative relationships with community stakeholders.
- Train and supervise staff on best practices in working with survivors of violence with an emphasis on trauma-informed care cultural humility and ethical service delivery.
- Participate in the Centers on-call rotation responding to crises and urgent client needs as assigned.
Requirements
- Active licensure in the State of Texas as an LCSW LPC or LMFT; supervisory designation (LCSW-S LPC-S or LMFT-S) preferred
- Graduation from an accredited graduate program in Social Work Psychology Educational Psychology or a related field
- Three to five years of experience providing services to survivors of intimate partner violence sexual abuse/assault human trafficking and/or hate crimes
- Certification in a trauma-focused therapeutic modality (e.g. EMDR TF-CBT) preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of grant management fiscal oversight and compliance with funding requirements
