As an Associate QC Analyst you will develop quality standards for the organizations raw materials in-process products and finished products and design new complex or innovative measures tests sampling methods and other procedures that ensure that these standards are met.

What you will do:

• Demonstrate growing competency in organizational skills task prioritization written verbal and computer skills

• Ability to work in a diverse team environment

• Follow all safety guidelines and quality systems established by Ingredion

• Perform methods from the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) American Chemical Society (ACS) Food Chemical Codex (FCC) CMMEF and other validated procedures independently

• Perform a variety of tasks and procedures in a fast-paced environment

• Maintain complete accurate and legible test records in accordance with Company policy and ISO requirements

• Prioritize testing based on business needs and ensure testing is performed in an appropriate and timely manner

• Collect samples for in process and/or finished products testing needs

• Disposition product against established specifications

• Assist in routine maintenance of equipment using established procedures

• Perform other work as assigned with minimal supervision

• Learn new skills and assist in the training of others

• Assist in completing investigations as assigned for OOSs customer complaints process upsets

• Follow 5S principles and guidelines

What you will bring:

• Bachelors degree in Chemistry Biology Microbiology Food Science or related sciences

• Possess knowledge of laboratory practices

Pay Range:

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
