About the Role:
We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our team at the Warren New Jersey headquarters. This is a hybrid position working 3 days in office 2 remote.
In this position youll support Everests treasury operations including cash management short-term investments and various treasury initiatives. Youll gain exposure to financial systems collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with banking partnersoffering you valuable opportunities for professional growth in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day cash operations including processing electronic fund transfers such as wires ACH and foreign currency payments.
Analyze and manage daily cash positions establish cash thresholds and execute short-term investment transactions.
Monitor daily receipts and disbursement activity across multiple bank accounts and entities.
Support the development and execution of treasury initiatives.
Collaborate with business units and banking partners to research and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
Assist with the implementation testing and training of new financial software and technologies.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent work experience.
25 years of relevant experiencein treasury finance or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook.
Experience with online banking portals or treasury workstations (e.g. JPM Access Wells Fargo CEO) is a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external banking partners.
The base salary range for this position is $75000 - $99000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education experience qualifications and work location.
