Job Description
If you want to be our new Senior Project Manager an exciting opportunity has arisen in our Vessels Systems Offshore Projects this role you will be part of Kongsberg Maritime Automation Energy & Integrated Systems Division.We are forefront of delivering state of the art maritime solutions in a constantly changing world. We are a part of the transition to the green shift and have projects in the portfolio supporting an environmental focus and giving solutions towards a more sustainable future both in the Offshore as well as for the Naval marked.
AsSr. Project Manageryou will have responsibility for a diverse portfolio of projects and an international team. You will be responsible for product and technology development supply chain operations and act as the customers point of contact. You will also have the day-to-day management of tasks and resources in delivery projects planning execution and the results in terms of economy and quality.
We are looking for someone who is proactive self-driven and motivated a collaborative personality and with a drive to be a part of our journey.
Key accountabilities
- Manage and deliver projects globally with high focus on quality profit and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and guide personnel assigned to own projects
- Manage scope time costs communication and risks in our projects
- Lead customer interface and communication towards internal stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous department improvement
- Travel as required

Qualifications and experience
- Higher technical- or administrative education but relevant experience can compensate for education
- Experience from project work
- Experience from working directly with/for customers in Maritime industry and knowledge about our products is an advantage
- Preferably familiarity or specific knowledge within the naval sector.
- English fluently both spoken and written
