Job Description

Job Title:Sales / Business Development Specialist
Work Mode:Hybrid
Employment Type:Contract

About the Role:We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales/Business Development Specialistwith 35 years of proven success in IT and software development services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on identifying opportunities building strong client relationships and driving growth. The ideal candidate must have experience selling SaaS products a solid understanding of IT/software services and solutions and the ability to convert prospects into long-term business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify qualify and close new business opportunities in the IT and SaaS sectors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives IT leaders procurement teams).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends potential clients and competitive positioning.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reports forecasts and client records using CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing IT or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 35 years of experience in sales or business development within IT/software development.
  • Proven track record in selling SaaS products and IT consulting solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles IT outsourcing or managed services.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.
