Job Summary


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Account Development Representative to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and develop a comprehensive understanding of their business needs

Generate new leads through various channels including cold calling email campaigns and networking events

Conduct introductory meetings and presentations with potential clients to introduce our products and services

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to the management team

Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and promote our brand

Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and expansion in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in the software industry

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in MS Office and CRM software

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
