Purpose of the role
The Senior Vice President (SVP) will help drive growth across the region. The agency has a strong B2B technology and growing B2C technology client portfolio. Both can be developed further.
The SVP will identify lead and convert domestic and multi-market new business opportunities. Using data and insight they will bring holistic thinking to tackling client briefs and problem solving pushing creative boundaries. Showing understanding of the challenges clients face their strategic and transformational insights will enthuse clients to be braver and invest budget to break new communications ground. The role will champion client service excellence retention and profitability.
Whilst providing strategic consultancy across the client portfolio the SVP will own and lead specific client relationships.
Forging strong and close relationships with TEAM LEWIS stakeholders in the UK EMEA and APAC will be important to success. The SVP will be a notable presence across the network championing collaboration to maximize opportunities and revenue.
Key responsibilities and tasks
About you
You are a dynamic and charismatic agency leader who is passionate about counselling clients and winning and growing business. With an agency background in PR and experience in integrated marketing you are able to develop strategic insights/data-led creative campaigns that engage diverse stakeholders on multiple channels. You have a track record of driving organic growth of existing clients and of closing pitches. Able to forge close collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures you know how to structure coach and motivate teams to win. You relish business challenges and strive to deliver clear and measurable results.

The expected salary range for the SVP position is between $180K - $250K. Base annual salary is determined by factors such as location experience and expertise.
