Purpose of the role

The Senior Vice President (SVP) will help drive growth across the region. The agency has a strong B2B technology and growing B2C technology client portfolio. Both can be developed further.

The SVP will identify lead and convert domestic and multi-market new business opportunities. Using data and insight they will bring holistic thinking to tackling client briefs and problem solving pushing creative boundaries. Showing understanding of the challenges clients face their strategic and transformational insights will enthuse clients to be braver and invest budget to break new communications ground. The role will champion client service excellence retention and profitability.

Whilst providing strategic consultancy across the client portfolio the SVP will own and lead specific client relationships.

Forging strong and close relationships with TEAM LEWIS stakeholders in the UK EMEA and APAC will be important to success. The SVP will be a notable presence across the network championing collaboration to maximize opportunities and revenue.

    Key responsibilities and tasks

    • Foster strong client relationships delivering campaigns aligned to their goals proactively adapting strategies to evolving needs
    • Use data analysis to uncover insights that shape strategy drive impactful results and grow the agencys remit
    • Understand and empathize with the target audiences to deliver comms campaigns that resonate and prompt the required responses
    • Brief the creative engineering team guiding the development of innovative creative work from concept to execution; pitch standout creative campaigns to clients with clarity and impact
    • Identify and secure upsell/cross sell opportunities with existing clients plus client and services cascade opportunities to increase retainer and project revenue
    • Champion innovation and thought leadership as key drivers of new business and agency growth advancing modern marketing solutions both internally and externally
    • Build relationships with senior prospect decision makers and key intermediaries and influencers
    • Lead global and domestic RFIs credentials and pitches developing the strategic insight narrative and creative brief
    • Be fully conversant with the US P&L and financial targets
    • Build a high calibre and motivated team; promote a culture of innovation and curiosity for continuous professional improvement
    • Lead on employee communications presenting aims/objectives and goals
    • Overall be a collaborative encouraging supportive member of the senior leadership team.


      About you

        You are a dynamic and charismatic agency leader who is passionate about counselling clients and winning and growing business. With an agency background in PR and experience in integrated marketing you are able to develop strategic insights/data-led creative campaigns that engage diverse stakeholders on multiple channels. You have a track record of driving organic growth of existing clients and of closing pitches. Able to forge close collaborative relationships with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures you know how to structure coach and motivate teams to win. You relish business challenges and strive to deliver clear and measurable results.


        Requirements

        • In-depth knowledge of the marketing and comms industry and emerging trends and technologies; extensive business network
        • Thrive in a high-velocity changeable environment within an agile independent global agency
        • High level of business acumen with an understanding of fast-moving challenging international markets and complex global organizations
        • Experience of developing international B2B and B2C PR strategies and campaigns for global and domestic tech brands
        • Clear data storyteller: able to identify meaningful useable insights/tensions; can take complex subjects and make them understandable for diverse audiences
        • A collaborative team builder - can inspire bright creative and ambitious people
        • Experience integrating public relations with digital marketing content and broader marketing
        • Assertive and influential can influence and win over senior stakeholders and prospects
        • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
        • Track record of driving optimum business performance through successful commercial and operational management
        • Ability to problem solve project manage and multi-task a sleeves rolled up attitude
        • Integrity humility self-drive/initiative and a sense of humor!

        The expected salary range for the SVP position is between $180K - $250K. Base annual salary is determined by factors such as location experience and expertise.
