Tasks
Your Role
- Lead introductory conversations with prospective clients (no cold calling or chasing).
- After sign-up transition into a mentoring role supporting clients step by step through our proven framework.
- Foster strong relationships both online and in-person networking.
- Guide senior leaders to rediscover purpose fulfillment and freedom.
- Support the growth and visibility of our services in the Nordic countries.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- 5 years in leadership or client-facing roles within hospitality luxury services aviation tourism or other high-pressure sectors
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English
- Genuine desire for purposeful flexible self-directed work
- Passion for helping others transition into fulfilling next chapters
- Comfort with entrepreneurial commission-based roles
