Job Summary:
The Officer Liaisoning will be responsible for maintaining effective communication and coordination with government departments regulatory authorities local bodies and external stakeholders to ensure timely acquisition of permits clearances and statutory approvals. This role also supports legal documentation land acquisition processes and ensures organizational compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with government departments local authorities and regulatory agencies.
2. Obtain necessary permits clearances NOCs and statutory approvals required for company operations.
3. Represent the company in official meetings hearings and discussions with public offices and community stakeholders.
4. Monitor and track compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure timely submission of relevant documents.
5. Assist in land acquisition processes including coordination with legal teams landowners and government officials.
6. Support the preparation and maintenance of legal and regulatory documentation.
7. Coordinate with internal departments consultants and external authorities to facilitate project execution.
8. Ensure timely renewal and upkeep of all licenses permits and government approvals.
9. Prepare and present liaisoning reports updates and trackers for internal management review.
10. Address and resolve any issues or objections raised by authorities during project execution.
