Unit Information: Aventura MC CT Tech (726)Location: Aventura Hospital and Medical CenterAddress: 20900 Biscayne Blvd Aventura FL 33180Floor:Building: General InformationTell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 18 Number of Staff 8 Type of staff: Radiologist radiologist techs Ultrasound Techs MRI Techs CT Techso Day Shift Director Radiologist 6-7 Techso Night Shift Charge RN On-call team 3-4 Techs varies on volume Patient Ratios 1:1 1:2 depending on stability of patient Type of equipment ALL GE Equipment MRI Units scanners cameras x-ray fluoroscopy EMR - MeditechTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ARRT (CT) & BLS Strongly prefer experience with GE and MeditechPreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. RT (T) ASRT FASRTList typical procedures performed on unit(s): CT Scan MRI body scanner X-Rays Create pictures of bones organs tissues and combine to create accurate picture assessmentBest personality Fit: Communications skills medical and anatomical skills mechanical aptitude Ability to multi-task work with variety of physicians radiologists patientsDress Code: Include requirements but most of all not acceptable attire.
