Oracle HCM Benefits Functional Consultant
Remote
Contract
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Benefits Functional Consultant to lead and support our Open Enrollment processes. The ideal candidate will be a super functional consultant with proven hands-on experience in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment implementations. Strong functional knowledge is essential and the more technical expertise you bring the better.
Responsibilities- Lead and deliver Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment cycles (CRP SIT UAT production cutover).
- Configure and validate benefits plans eligibility rules and enrollment flows.
- Evaluate design and optimize Benefits Fast Formulas for Open Enrollment.
- Develop and validate HCM Extracts for benefits enrollment data sharing with carriers and downstream systems.
- Load and maintain plan information using HDL (HCM Data Loader).
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders benefits administrators and cross-functional teams to ensure successful enrollment execution.
- Troubleshoot analyze and resolve Open Enrollment issues across functional and technical areas.
- Provide post-go-live support during Open Enrollment to ensure smooth user experience and compliance.
- Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Benefits Open Enrollment implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Benefits module including plan setup eligibility profiles enrollment rules and dependent coverage.
- Strong experience with Benefits Fast Formulas HCM Extracts and HDL.
- Ability to analyze configure and customize Open Enrollment processes to meet business needs.
- Experience working with UAT SIT and CRP cycles for benefits plans.
- Functional-first profile; technical skills (Fast Formulas Extracts HDL) are a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
